Okay, I’ve caved.
Okay, I’ve resisted for *years*, but I’ve decided to start a blog. My main reason for choosing to do so is an effort to put stories behind my photos without using Flickr’s photo comments. I’d also like to share what I’ve learned to anyone who cares to listen. Maybe I can be useful and help someone out.
Another reason is that I’d like to document my trips, projects and life in general - heh, as I get older, sometimes I have a time remembering when something happened. Hopefully, this will help me keep things straight…
I’ll be updated the look and feel of this area when I find time and inclination in the same room together, but for now I’m just focusing on posting content. Everything is always slow going, so don’t be in too much of a hurry or you may be disappointed.

I enjoy capturing the feeling and actuality of a scene through photography. The small things that may get overlooked by the casual passer-by, and will most definitely get passed up by the professional travel photographer. To me, it's these details that help me capture the true essence of a place. To help get a unique and accurate depiction of a scene, I'm also enthusiastic about trying new techniques in photography and combining the old with the new to create some thing interesting.
